She was born in 1979 in Fatsa district of Ordu. 
She graduated from Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 2002.
In 2009, he completed his specialty training in Bakırköy Maternity and Child Health Diseases Training and Research Hospital. 
Dr. Öznur Serdaroğlu worked as a Child Health and Diseases specialist in many institutions. 
She has been working in Avrasya Hospital Gaziosmanpaşa since October 2017.
